This 14,000 square foot palazzo is an approximate example of the kind of house that the City of Miami Beach and preservationists are attempting to tackle with proposed new zoning rules that would shrink the allowable size of a new home in Miami Beach. The house, which doesn't look so massive from the bay side but reveals more of its scale to the street (and probably looms over its neighbors), has eight bedrooms, eight baths, a home theater, four car garage, gym, and pet a room that can handle dogs and cats and stuff. Tigers? Maybe. Oh, and it's on the market for $32 million.
