Med Revival on a Point on North Bay Road is $16 Million

Built in 1933 on the point at the south end of Sunset Lake, this historic Mediterranean Revival villa has been, over the years, the home of latin music star and many grammy winner Alejandro Sanz, and the canvas on which the late, great interior designer Wallace Tutt added his flourish. Having listed it in 2014 for $18 million, adjusting the price and removing it again from the market over the intervening year, Mr. Sanz relisted a few days ago for $16 million. The 9 bedroom, 8 bath house is at the end of a long tree-lined drive, with tennis court, gym, guesthouse, 160 feet of water frontage, and a state-of-the-art recording studio.
