The massive renovations of the Miami Beach Convention Center, a project which was originally awarded to Mr. The King of Architecture Rem Koolhaas but then ripped out of his cold, cerebral Dutch hands and given to the same firm that did it last time, Arquitectonica, in 1989, will break ground in October according to the project website. So, that should be fun.
