A condo tower called The Vine and designed by Idea Architecture, the same architects as the Crimson, has been proposed for a site at 404 NE 35th Street, reports The Next Miami. That's at the northern end of Edgewater, about two blocks south of the onramp to the Julia Tuttle on 36th Street (35th Terrace is in between). The 32 story project will have 124 units and a parking garage on the lower levels, appropriately enough, covered in vines. Or fake vines. Renderings over at TNM don't make the distinction.
