Hopefully Miami rents are at its peak because there's a whole lot of dark red representing Miami's core in this map provided by Zumper, showing the most expensive and cheapest rents across 60 Miami neighborhoods.
Rents are soaring just north of Downtown Miami, in what's labeled as "Edgewater" and "Media and Entertainment District," with one-bedroom median rents hitting the $2,000 mark. Also noteworthy is the Venetian Islands, up $510 to $2,500 in a span of just six months.
Here's the same map from the spring for comparision.
