A week after the demolition of Pablo Escobar's former house began and workers came across a metal safe hidden under the foundation today, reports the Miami Herald.
This comes days after a different safe was reportedly stolen and then a package filled with a pasty white substance (not cocaine or ecstasy) was reportedly found. The "new" safe weighs 600 pounds and will be taken to a bank, "where it will stay for an indefinite amount of time before owners decide to unlock it." Of course we have to remember a documentary is being filmed about the home, so keep an eye out for that. Thieves beware, as current owners Christian de Berdouare and wife Jennifer Valoppi have around-the-clock security on the premises.
