Peek Inside the Completed Echo Aventura, Equipped With the 'Live Different Campaign'

The 190-unit Echo has opened its doors in the heart of Aventura, with a unique plan aimed at improving the livability for homeowners in condominium projects called the 'Live Different Campaign.'

It will be PMG's first project to feature the resident-focused campaign, which will keep a four-person general contracting team on-site for a full year after opening to help homeowners with any contract work needed at their residences.

"The concept of keeping a general contracting team on board after a development is completed is new for South Florida," said Rick Schuerger, Vice President at JMA. "PMG is going to change the real estate game with this campaign, and I'm sure many others are going to take note."

Twelve units remain for sale, including five penthouses, notes the South Florida Business Journal.
