The South Beach penthouse housing Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian during the filming of E!'s "Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami" is about to hit the market for $5.9 million, says listing agent Jeff Miller of Brown Harris Stevens. Kim Kardashian's sisters occupied unit 1001 atop the Bentley Hilton for two months of filming in both 2009 and 2010.
Located on the building's top floor, the unit booming with ocean views has two master suites and two master baths, 1,880 square feet of interior and two terraces totaling 576 square feet. There's also a 2,000-square-foot rooftop with private entertaining space that includes a pool, jacuzzi and a landscaped terrace. The penthouse was originally owned by the hotel and operated as a hotel room before literary agent Esmond Harmsworth purchased it for $3.6 million in late 2010. "Basically I changed everything without moving walls," he wrote in an email to the Wall Street Journal.
