Million Dollar Listing New York's Ryan Serhant will sell the three-story penthouse at the upcoming Aria on the Bay. He announced the news on his Instagram account and the unit will list for $12.995 million. A combination of Penthouse 1 and 2, the ultimate luxury residence features a whopping 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 9,592 square feet of interior space and 360-degree views.
The building's architecture, interior design, and landscaping will be handled by Arquitectonica, with the 53-story tower of 648 units set for completion in late 2017. Vertical construction is underway.

It has over 6,630 SF of exterior space. It is truly magical. Asking $12.995M."
