A newly built home in the Florida Keys just listed for $2.25 million.

Located in Islamorada, the three-story modern home with ocean access via its backyard canal has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a glass elevator.

"Once this home sells, I believe it will signal the true beginning of the new Modern-Keys look in luxury homes," said Coldwell Banker’s Lizzie Padro, who is co-listing with Alex San Juan. "It’s a very uniquely modern design for the area."
