At least 10 one-bedroom condos in Miami are priced at $2.3 million or more, as the chart down below by NeighborhoodX illustrates, with all of the units located in either Miami Beach or Bal Harbour.
At the top of the list is a 17th-floor unit at Continuum South Beach, which is asking $3.8 million ($2,162 a foot).
Looking at price per foot, a one-bedroom penthouse unit at Faena House is asking a whopping $2,987 a foot, and at just 862 square feet, that translates to an ask of $2.57 million.
Sizes of the units range from 862 to 1,757 square feet.
