Renderings of Marriott Marquis Miami Worldcenter, which will be reviewed this week

The project in Downtown Miami measures over 2 million square feet

Marriott Marquis Miami Worldcenter’s latest plan will be considered by Miami’s Urban Design Review Board this Wednesday, according to the South Florida Business Journal, with MDM Development’s project including what could be the largest hotel in South Florida.

The 1,700-room development designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates features 1,100 rooms in one tower (Phase 1) and 600 rooms in another (Phase 2), 1,128 parking spots, and 350,000 square feet of convention and meeting space.

  • Restaurant
  • Basketball court on sun deck
  • Fitness center
  • Bowling alley
  • Virtual golf

The project measures up at 2.2 million square feet.
