Over 700 workers

Over 700 workers and 100 concrete trucks will make their way to Downtown Miami this weekend for Paramount Miami Worldcenter’s vast foundation pour, taking place for over 30 hours by general contractor CoastalTishman.

The pour will begin at 1 A.M. this Saturday at Northeast 2nd Avenue and Northeast 8th/9th Street, featuring roughly 13,000 cubic yards of concrete weighing 52,000,000 pounds.

"This is not just a milestone for the PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter family, but also a very proud moment in the evolution of the city as our tower and neighborhood fulfill its potential to become a gleaming global landmark for the City of Miami," said PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter developer Daniel Kodsi.

The massive development is expected to be completed in 2018. Check out its amenities and more info here.
