88 Hundred Collins has launched sales, with the upcoming 28-unit luxury condo bringing loft residences to Surfside.
Expected to break ground next year with an estimated completion date in 2018, the development one block from the beach will feature one-bedroom lofts, and two or three-bedroom multi-level units with prices starting at $695,000.
The project is being developed by Leonardo Ambard and Salvador Di Lodovico and will be built by Miller Construction. Rosy Cancela of Coldwell Banker will rep sales.
"88 Hundred Collins is a first of its kind in Surfside. The lofts are the perfect alternative to skyscraper living and were designed to feel like a home," Cancela said. "Ideal for Millennials, the area’s walkability and location are in high demand."
Every unit boasts an Italian-designed kitchen, Bosch appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows, with amenities including a Sunset Terrace with a pool, lounge, barbecue area, gym, and yoga terrace.
The breakdown of the units:
- 12 Lofts — 1,150 to 1,500-square-foot, one-bedroom, two-bathroom residences with an open mezzanine and den
- 7 Homes —2,000 to 2,600 square-foot, two-story, two-bedroom, three-bathroom residences with a den and second floor laundry room
