Prince Royce re-lists Coral Gables home for discounted $3M

Previously asking $3.75M

Prince Royce’s Coral Gables residence that listed for $3.75 million in March was reduced all the way down to $2.99 million, representing a 20 percent discount.

The 5,212-square-foot home of the Latin pop singer has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a recording studio, billiards room, two powder rooms and a two-level master closet.

It was originally designed by Hilario Candela, the architect behind Miami Marine Stadium, and then re-designed in the early 2000s by designer Victor Vazquez.

"This modern estate in exclusive Coral Gables, now owned by an internationally renowned singer/songwriter, is a wonderful find," said Jill Hertzberg of The Jills. "Welcoming and bright with natural light pouring in from every angle, it is perfect for those who enjoy entertaining."

"This home, offering unique modern luxuries, is situated in a spectacular location," said Jill Eber of The Jills. "Tucked away in the prestigious community of Coral Gables, it’s less than 15 minutes away from the excitement of South Beach and Downtown Miami, as well as Miami International Airport."

Royce paid $2.33 million for it in 2013.
