Boca Raton mansion with 37-foot waterfall lists for $13M

Yes, a real waterfall in the backyard

This may be a first.

A 11,500-square-foot mansion in Boca Raton that listed today for $12.9 million has one of the coolest features we’ve come across in South Florida: a legitimate waterfall with a 37-foot drop in the backyard.

The estate sits on five acres and is owned by Ron Atapattu, CEO and Founder of Overseas Cargo who also is a race car driver.

It's listed with Tara West of Douglas Elliman and co-listed with Darin Tansey and Dustin Nero. Another interesting characteristic of the estate is it’s zoned for agricultural, residential and commercial mixed use.

It also includes a movie theater that can seat 12 guests in addition to a 1,000-square-foot guest house, helipad, tennis courts, and large animal sculptures in the backyard in the form of elephants, dinosaurs, and turtles.
