With 640 feet of water frontage, it originally listed in 2012 asking $22 million.

Outside of being among the ten priciest homes for sale in Fort Lauderdale, some highlights of the mansion include the swim-up pool bar/grilling station, waterfall, waterslide, grotto, elevator, two-story gathering room, playground, fitness room, media room and ballet studio.

The home last sold for $7 million in 2009.
