Miamians can take solace in the fact the city’s median rents are dropping, at least on a national scale, falling to the 10th most expensive rental market in the country, per Zumper.
Seattle overtook Miami, which saw the median price of one-bedroom units fall 0.6 percent to $1,800. Two-bedrooms remained at $2,500.
This fell in line with Zumper’s National Rent Index, which experienced a decline for the third consecutive month, this one measured at 0.9 percent.
The Top 3 remain unchanged.
