Miami nightclub mogul Roman Jones sells unique home for $2.7M

Former managing partner of the now defunct Opium Group

That fascinating home in Miami Beach which could’ve appeared on a season of the Real World just sold for $2.71 million, belonging to nightclub mogul Roman Jones, who was one of the managing partners of the Opium Group and courtside frequenter at Heat games spotted wearing Ugg boots and moon boots.

Located at 1200 West 63rd Street, the 6,660-square-foot home is draped in Ipe wood and synthetic turf, offering a rooftop terrace, giant tiki hut, and elephant tusks in the living room. It originally listed for $3.895 million in January of 2015.

The listing agents were Dina Goldentayer and Sladja Stantic, Executive Directors of Sales with Douglas Elliman.

“This property offers land, space and privacy and was a perfect fit for its former owner and the reasons the new owner selected it," says Goldentayer of the DS Team.
