Jason Derulo was finally able to sell his 11,514-square-foot mansion in Coconut Creek, parting ways with the 2.5-acre property for $1.95 million after originally asking $2.9 million in June 2015.
The sale still marks the highest exchange in Coconut Creek within the last six months, with the next highest sale going for under a third of the amount. The home was co-listed by Adi Amuial and Alexander Goldstein of Miles Goldstein Real Estate.
The land was formerly owned by Dolphins legend Dan Marino, according to Goldstein, who describes the home as “absolutely magnificent.”
