Sold on Halloween for $25.8 million, this 12,756-square-foot Mediterranean mansion is among the five most expensive sales in Miami-Dade County within the last year and the priciest in Coral Gables.
The residence has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 200 feet of bay frontage. Additional features include polished oak and Saturnia marble floors, a billiard room with a bar, library, and an elevator.
The property last sold in 1990 for $1.9 million.
The seller was represented by Lance Ruffe and the buyer was represented by Ray Betancourt, both of the Keyes Company.
