Former Florida Panthers defenseman Bryan Allen sold his Parkland home for $1.51 million after most recently asking $1.8 million.
The 6,302-square-foot Mediterranean waterfront estate has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and views of the lake and golf course.
Purchased for $2.15 million in 2014, the sale represented a $640,000 loss.
The retired Allen played in the NHL for 15 years, including a stint with the Panthers from 2006 to 2011. The sale was announced by DND Associates, which is affiliated with ONE Sotheby's.
