Oak Park broke ground in Davie recently, creating 22 luxury homes designed around mature oak trees at 2651 South Flamingo Road.
A project by Magna Developers, the homes come in three styles, each sitting on a half-acre lot and starting at $1.685 million. The styles are as follows:
- The Park Central – One-story, 6,140-square-foot home (4,800 square feet under air) with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, one half bathroom, media room and three-car garage
- The Soho House – One-story, 6,638-square-foot home (5,300 square feet under air) with six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, one half bathroom, media room and three-car garage
- The Astor House – Two-story, 9,300-square-foot home (6,282 square feet under air) with six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, one half bathroom, media room and three-car garage
The development is designed by Sotolongo Salman Henderson Architects, with interior design by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio and landscape architecture by Witkin Design.
“Oak Park is already 25 percent sold, and we expect sales to continue to be brisk because contemporary luxury smart homes are in high demand,” said Dondi Hopkins of The Hopkins Team, who his handling sales. “The layout of this 22-acre gated community is also unique, as it was designed around the land’s 55 mature live oak trees.”
