A new Italian-style home in Bay Point just listed for $13.9 million, becoming the priciest completed home for sale in the sizzling area north of Edgewater.

At 7,002 square feet, the 2016-built residence at 4445 Lake Road was designed by Italian architect Luigi Vitalini, with interior design by Italian designer Fabrizio Cocchi.

It features 111 feet of water frontage along Sabal Lake, six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a spa with sauna and steam, along with a gym. Millwork, marble, and kitchen features were imported from Italy.

The property also includes a separate staff quarters, heated pool, outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven, and a private dock.

“This magnificent, newly constructed waterfront estate is an Italian masterpiece,” said Jill Hertzberg of The Jills. “It is the perfect place for the right buyer to call home.”

“Located in the upscale Bay Point gated community, this estate is a wonderful find,” said Jill Eber of The Jills. “With Italian design inside and out, and beautiful outdoor features, this newly built home is truly exquisite.”
