What $8K rents in Miami

Baller budget

Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can rent or buy for a set dollar amount across various Miami neighborhoods. Is one man's studio another man's townhouse? Let's find out!

This week’s budget is a hefty $8,000 a month as we set our sights on Brickell and Miami Beach. Which one are you choosing?

Brickell: 68 Southeast 6th Street #2301

$8000 (via Zumper)

Located within Brickell City Centre’s Reach condo is this two-bed, 2.5-bath with brand-new everything, obviously.

Brickell Key: 888 Brickell Key Boulevard #2802

$8,000 (via Zumper)

This two-level penthouse at One Tequesta Point features an unrivaled living room with giant, arcing windows framing a beautiful view.

It has 3,310 square feet, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

Brickell Key: 901 Brickell Key Boulevard #1104

$8000 (via Zumper)

A corner unit at Carbonell, it has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and marble floors throughout. Sweet view.

Miami Beach: 1660 Bay Drive

$8,000 (via Zumper)

Also listed for $2.088 million, this 2,000-square-foot waterfront home on Miami Beach has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and some fantastic bay views to the west.

Miami Beach: 6899 Collins Avenue #1201

$7500 (via Zillow)

It’s the cheapest on our list but also the smallest at 1,565 square feet, which is somewhat laughable for the price. The ocean views are no joking matter, however.
