Scottie Pippen’s reduced $11M Fort Lauderdale mansion offers yacht option

The NBA Hall of Famer is getting desperate

Not only is Scottie Pippen dropping the asking price of his Fort Lauderdale mansion by $600,000 to $10.9 million but the NBA Hall of Famer is offering a yacht package which features his 55-foot Van Dutch for a total of $12.5 million.

The Harbor Beach home is just under 10,000 square feet, highlighted by 215 feet of Intracoastal water frontage, a full-size NBA-regulation basketball court, fitness center, putting green, waterfalls, waterslide, and a commercial-grade summer kitchen.

The price adjustment comes a few weeks after Pippen, 51, filed for divorce from socialite wife Larsa.

“The extraordinary Van Dutch 55’ we are offering with the property at $12.5 million exudes modern elegance,” says listing agent Gilles Rais of Coldwell Banker. “It makes a perfect day boat for the new owners and will still allow space for your super yacht.”

Considering the home, which has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, was listed on and off the market dating back to 2010 (for $16 million), he may want to consider throwing in the sleek watercraft for free if he’s getting desperate.
