Miami rents flatten out in latest national rent report

Miami remains the No. 10 most expensive rental market in the country

Miami rents remain the most expensive in the southeast region of the United States but are unchanged from a month ago, as evidenced by Zumper’s latest rent report.

Though median rents for one-bedrooms rose nationally for the first time in three months (by a mere 0.3 percent), one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms in Miami remain unchanged, at $1,800 and $2,500, respectively.

Miami continues to rank No. 10 in rent nationally.
