Miami rents remain the most expensive in the southeast region of the United States but are unchanged from a month ago, as evidenced by Zumper’s latest rent report.
Though median rents for one-bedrooms rose nationally for the first time in three months (by a mere 0.3 percent), one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms in Miami remain unchanged, at $1,800 and $2,500, respectively.
Miami continues to rank No. 10 in rent nationally.
