Among the priciest homes for sale in the Bay Point area, it could include a yacht

A tropical contemporary home in Bay Point around the corner from an estate purchased by Miami Heat guard Goran Dragic for $8 million has listed for $11.5 million, or $1,952 per square feet (third priciest in Bay Point).

Built in 2011, the home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 5,887 square feet of living area, along with 85 feet of water frontage.

Spotlighting the home are its outdoor waterfalls, gourmet kitchen, and a yacht out back, which will be included in the purchase “for the right price,” per the listing by Stuart Drossner and Liza Ledonne of Drossner Realty Inc.
