In a study deciphering the most expensive zip codes in the country, Property Shark concludes Fisher Island’s 33109 to be the fourth priciest in the country.
The difference between this study and the one we see on Forbes is Property Shark analyzed sales prices while Forbes factored in listing prices.
All other zips in the Top 10 were located in either California or New York, with Sagaponack leading the way. No other Florida zip placed in the Top 100.
