A Manalapan mansion dubbed “Nirvana” is returning to the market asking $23.995 million, a healthy reduction from its previous listing price of $25 million a year ago and $27.5 million a few months before that.

Located at 840 South Ocean Boulevard, the 16,087-square-foot contemporary estate is bookended by the bay and the ocean, living on 1.5 acres. With “Zen influence,” according to listing broker Chad Carroll of The Carroll Team, the glorious residence has six bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and can accommodate a 130-foot yacht.

Amazingly, it’s only the seventh most expensive home in the area, well behind the $195 million Gemini, which is one of the priciest homes in the country.

Highlights include a secluded beach, gourmet kitchen, club room, home theater, meditation room, gym, massage room, sauna, tennis court, and a dynamic outdoor entertaining area.

The property last sold for a little over $6.75 million in 1992.
