A waterfront estate in Golden Beach listed for $14.95 million ($1,297 a foot), making it the fourth most expensive home for sale in the area.

At 11,531 square feet, the home has a modern interior and Mediterranean features, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Located on on the Intracoastal, interiors were designed by Steven G., with other features including a chef’s kitchen with Aster Italian finishes, a movie theater, white marble floors, a saltwater infinity-edge pool, and a cascading fountain.

The home is owned by Paul Groll, per The Real Deal, and is listed with Douglas Elliman’s Denver Bright. It last sold for $1.267 million in 2002.
