30 Thirty North Ocean, a luxury boutique condo development announced in east Fort Lauderdale Beach, has launched sales, with Cavache Properties recently releasing renderings of the upcoming 24-unit project.

Located at 3030 North Ocean Boulevard, units range in size from 2,482 to 3,147 square feet and start at $1.15 million ($548 a foot).

“30 Thirty North Ocean is a unique development offering home owners a multitude of great choices,” said Adam Adache, managing director of Cavache Properties LLC. “It provides all the comforts of single-family residence living, merged with the conveniences of a condominium development. Extra-large terraces or ocean views are the premiums from which to choose among our six available floor plans.”

Amenities include a clubhouse with a heated resort-style pool, whirlpool spa, sauna, fitness center, owners’ kitchen and bar.

Construction is expected to begin next summer with an estimated completion date of Summer 2018.
