A stunning waterfront contemporary in Miami Beach designed by Todd Glaser originally asking $30 million back in 2015 has been reduced all the way down to its current ask of $19.5 million, representing a 35 percent discount.

We featured it last February but new and improved photos have been released, along with a drone video (below).

The home includes a custom garage with a six-foot exotic fish tank, along with two reflecting ponds, a waterfall, rooftop entertainment deck, guest cottage, and second-story gym.

The 9,904-square-foot home on Sunset Islands has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

The property sold for $14.25 million in 2014.
