Washington Nationals pitcher Gio Gonzalez has listed his Southwest Ranches home for $1.875 million, per Realtor, with the two-time All-Star deciding to part with the 5,235-square-footer less than nine months after purchasing it for $1.55 million in March.

The home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a large gym. It also includes smart-home features, a brick oven, “heated glass bead saltwater purification pool,” and an outdoor kitchen with a nearby fire pit.

The Hialeah-born Gonzalez who starred for Hialeah High and Monsignor Edward Pace before getting drafted in the first round by the Chicago White Sox in 2004 was rumored to be headed to the New York Yankees a few days ago.
