Quadro, Ellipsis approved for Edgewater

More residential developments are sprouting in the popular area just north of downtown Miami

Two new residential developments gained unanimous approval in Edgewater by Miami’s UDRB this week, per the Real Deal, endorsing Quadro and Ellipsis with the latter being introduced here last week.

Quadro (pictured above) is a 198-unit mixed-use apartment development at 3900 Biscayne Boulevard by Alta Developers, while Ellipsis (below) is a 13-story building with just 38 units a block off the bay at 702 Northeast 26th Street being developed by One World Properties.
