Auberge Residences will launch sales within a couple weeks, reports the Next Miami. Related Group's 60-story luxury condominium at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami will have 328 units, be designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Pierro Lissoni and landscaping by award winning Swiss architect Enzo Enea.
Amenities will include a golf simulation room, cigar lounge, wine room, children's play room, sauna, steam, luxury restaurant, Zen Pool Terrace along with a sky pool and observatory at the top of the tower, per Miami Condo Masters.
Auberge was once pegged for three towers totaling a whopping 1,400 units. It appears that plan has shifted. A 40-foot sculpture named "Awilda" by Jaume Plensa is moving from Chicago (pictured below) to become the "signature piece" in front of Auberge's entrance.
