A 12-story apartment building with a Presidente Supermarket has been proposed for Little Havana, reports The Next Miami. The grocery store would be just under 28,000 square feet with the apartment housing 96 units and 311 parking spaces.
The site is at the corner of Southwest 8th Avenue and Flagler, with J.A. Valls developing and Design Tech Incorporated as the architect. With a grocery store at its base and balconies clad in a whopping eight different colors, Fruit Loops may want to get in on some branding opportunities.
