Sorry Dragic family but construction starts next week, according to Douglas Elliman Executive VP Chad Carroll, who says the home "will be the jewel of Bay Point."

We asked him about the $20-million tag, which would be a record-shatterer in the area.

"Bay Point is one of the most desirable locations in Miami and one of the few gated communities," Carroll said. "Pricing for trophy homes of this caliber can't be compared to a traditional home in the community. The pricing is right in line with any premiere and contemporary waterfront property in Miami or Miami Beach area. "

The home was announced by Carroll on his Instagram page this morning and is expected to be finished March 2017.
