Neo-Classical Mediterranean in Cocoplum Asks $9M

With a putting green out back

This seven-bed, six-bath (with one half-bath) Neo-classical Mediterranean home in Cocoplum recently hit the market priced at $8.995 million.

The 10,372-square-foot waterfront estate has heavily manicured grounds and emits a sophisticated, museum-like feel with features like its exquisite marble fireplace. That is until you factor in the putting green out back. But hey, what guy wouldn't want his own putting green?

It was built in 2001 and last sold for $7.5 million in 2007.
