"The Areca Palms, Buttonwood and Fishtails have been planted adjacent to the property line of some of the homes that border the golf course . . . to improve areas which were previously unkempt and unsightly," the lawsuit reads. "(In January) the plaintiff discovered that the Areca Palms located on the golf course . . . have been destroyed."
The five single family homes are on NW 45th Lane and NW 43rd Terrace with damages at around $15,000.
