Donald Trump Sues Five Homeowners Neighboring Trump National Doral

Trump's lawyers claim the homeowners are messing with their landscaping

Donald Trump is going after five of his neighbors at Trump National Doral Miami, suing them for "destroying" trees that were planted adjacent to their property lines, per Gossip Extra.

According to the five lawsuits filed in four separate Miami-Dade County circuit courts, the new trees, bushes and flowers were a part of Trump’s alleged $200 million investment in the host resort of the upcoming WGC-Cadillac Championship...

"The Areca Palms, Buttonwood and Fishtails have been planted adjacent to the property line of some of the homes that border the golf course . . . to improve areas which were previously unkempt and unsightly," the lawsuit reads. "(In January) the plaintiff discovered that the Areca Palms located on the golf course . . . have been destroyed."

The five single family homes are on NW 45th Lane and NW 43rd Terrace with damages at around $15,000.

The Blue Monster at Trump National Doral is the annual home of the World Golf Championships-Cadillac Championship, which tees off on March 3.
