That Self-Sustaining Island in the Keys Rocketed to $11M

East Sister Rock via Zillow

Remember East Sister Rock, the self-sustaining island in Marathon we featured a few weeks ago? Well, it received a rather massive change in price the following day, surging up to $11 million, notes a Curbed commenter.

The four-bed, three-bath originally hit the market in 2011 for $12 million. The listing then went on a rollercoaster, dropping to $8.5 million in December before climbing 29 percent to its current ask of $11 million.

Be sure to come back tomorrow, where we will be island hunting in Florida with a $10-million budget.
