The 288-foot superyacht many thought belonged to Dallas Mavericks owner and Shark Tank star Mark Cuban is currently docked outside the Epic Hotel in Downtown Miami.

Built in 2011, the 'Fountainhead' is no stranger to the Epic, having been spotted there in the past in addition to the large slip a few blocks north at Museum Park. It's the 62nd largest yacht on the planet and in the same slot previously occupied by the $200-million Kismet, which is owned by Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan.

The massive vessel is often mistakingly connected to Cuban but it actually belongs to Sears CEO Eddie Lampert.

“The guy who owns the boat tells everyone that it’s mine,” Cuban told Page Six this week. “It’s so crazy . . . I don’t even own a boat.”
