Blue Diamond Penthouse With Three Rooftop Pools Lists for $18M

The penthouse encompassing four suite units on the top two floors of the Blue Diamond Tower on Miami Beach just returned to the market for $18 million, down from the $20 million it listed for in late 2014.

The 9,700-square-foot residence features eight bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, two kitchens and three private rooftop pools, one for each of the master bedrooms. It also comes with a cabana and five parking spaces.
