Two YOO Metropica Penthouses Break Records in West Broward

YOO Metropica recently sold two penthouses that broke records in Broward County.

A 2,056-square-foot penthouse sold for $1.146 million and a 2,448-square-foot penthouse sold for $1.365 million. Both equate to $557 a foot, which set a record in West Broward.

Trillist Companies, Inc. is developing Metropica's first residential tower, with units starting in the $300,000s. Both sold penthouses have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and come completely furnished by YOO Studio. Oppenheim Architecture is the architect.

As a part of the $1 billion KGH Metropica project in Sunrise, YOO Metropica will have 263 units and 10 penthouses, with amenities including a resort-style saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, outdoor yoga, multi-purpose cross-training facilities, tennis courts, and a movie theater.
