Prince Royce Lists Coral Gables Pad for Just Under $4M

The Latin singer's home includes a slick recording studio, of course

Prince Royce has listed his four-bedroom home in Coral Gables for $3.75 million, per Realtor.

The 5,212-square-foot home of the Latin pop singer has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a recording studio, billiards room, two powder rooms and a two-level master closet.

It was originally designed by Hilario Candela, the architect behind Miami Marine Stadium, and then re-designed in the early 2000s by designer Victor Vazquez.

"This is a truly unique house -- a modern gem nestled in the exclusive Coral Gables, steps from the bay," listing agent said listing agent Chad Carroll of The Carroll Team. "The residence features a recording studio, large living space, and lush landscaping, making this your own private oasis."

Royce paid $2.3 million for the home in 2013.
