This is not your typical South Florida home.

Le Parc is a colorful ranch-style estate in Weston. It includes a human-size chess board, art from the Shang, Han and Tang Dynasties, and sculptures from Franchi and Villani. At 15,179 square feet, it has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and what appears to be several rooms with animal hide plastered to the ceiling.

There's also a safe room in case the ceilings come alive. It comes furnished with an ask of $7.5 million.

"What makes this house special is the element of luxury," says listing agent Shelia Gasson of Douglas Elliman. "You can have in this house all the personnel you need -- chauffeur, butler, cleaning staff, nanny, etc to maintain and have the lifestyle of luxury.

"Some of the Villani sculptures included are only three in existence around the world. The seller understands that not everyone may be interested in the art and is open for discussion for unfurnished should the right buyer present himself."

Had the Miami Heat not traded Chris "Birdman" Andersen, this would be a heavenly match.
