Ugo Colombo’s Brickell Flatiron condominium broke ground last week and Italian interior architect Massimo losa Ghini has released some new renderings of the 64-story tower's amenities.
They include the wine bar, billiards room, cigar room, home theater, elevator lobby, community room, playroom, and sky spa. Iosa Ghini has also partnered with New York-based artist Julian Schnabel to design large-scale artwork for the building's public spaces.
The 736-foot tower at 1001 South Miami Avenue will have 549 units. Among the more intriguing highlights is the building's penthouse will be available to all residents, housing the Sky Spa and pool deck on the roof, offering 360-degree views.
