South Beach Hoteliers Sell Bal Harbour Contemporary for $8.5M

A bayfront Bal Harbour estate owned by Alan and Diane Lieberman, who own South Beach Group Hotels, sold for $8.5 million, per The Real Deal.

Mrs. Lieberman, Vice President of One Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the couple in the sale.

The 12,000-square-foot home was listed for as high as $14.9 million in 2014 with several price reductions over the years until it sold last week. The couple paid $3.6 million in 2006 before tearing down the preexisting home and building this nine-bed, 10.5-bath a year later.
