The development of Wynwood Arcade is coming along nicely, with Los Angeles-based artist Tristan Eaton finishing a vibrant Wynwoody mural featured prominently at the upcoming retail and restaurant space.
"We are very excited about our collaboration with Tristan Eaton at the Wynwood Arcade," says Mark Schrieber, Vice President of East End Capital. "The combination of Tristan’s mural with the architectural elements of the Arcade create an experience tailored to Wynwood’s thriving creative community."
Eaton is no rookie to South Florida public art, having inked his talent on the Wynwood Walls.
Wynwood Arcade is a 25,000-square-foot development of retail and restaurant space at 50 Northwest 24th Street that will include the mouth-watering offerings of The Salty Donut, Bonobos, MuseØ, and Patrizia Bozzi Design among its tenants. The architect is DFA.
The art is definitely worth checking out next time you're in the area.
@tristaneaton finished painting the @wynwoodarcade early this morning and that means we finally get to go home. Cant wait for the grand opening! (This is only the north side of the building. There's also a full south side but due to construction we couldn't get proper final shots.) Special thanks to @eastendcapital and shout out to @maxhaus and @rage_johnson for the assist! #tristaneaton #wynwoodarcade #montanacans #bareps #dfa_studio #wynwoodartdistrict #nikoncoolpixs9900 #graveyardshift
