Hall of Fame MLB pitcher Tom Glavine parted with a Rosemary Beach mansion last month for $10.25 million after listing it for $11.75 million in September.
The five-bedroom home with lofted-beam ceilings and an open layout is situated on the Gulf of Mexico with over 85 feet of beachfront. Glavine retired from baseball in 2008 after logging an incredible 22 seasons with the Mets and Braves, getting inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2014.
He profited nearly $3 million after purchasing the 5,563-square-feet home for $7.3 million in 2011.
